  Patrick was nice- what happened beyond him was atrocious and unprofessional. I called my home warranty company to get my plumbing fixed. They sent me this company. Patrick came out very nice guy, not very knowledgeable but nice. Said he had an 80 ft snake- couldn't reach my main line stoppage from either of my 2 inch clean outs- no one bothered looking for the main line clean out or a 3-4 inch clean out, he left without solving my issue. After talking to his manager it was decided they would have to come back the next day and use a camera to find the stoppage - Patrick didn't come but Chris did and he wasn't here for 2 mins before he quoted me 2200.00 to solve my problem. I sent him packing and called AHS to advise them of the scam that they tried to run on me and then I called Todd at A-1 he came, within 5 mins located a 4inch clean out in my crawl space , snaked 100ft and cleared my stoppage for 150 bucks. So considering rite-a-way said it couldn't be done without spending 2200.00 id say they clearly tried to take advantage of me and I will be reporting them and leaving reviews everywhere.
